I started working on a series of
pieces called "Philosopher's Travels" almost 18 years ago. This is one of the
pieces, created directly in plaster, using a plaster cast face from the "Jean
Jaures" portrait commission I'd previously executed in bronze for the city of
Meru in France. (photo credit: Paul Johnson) Specs: diameter approx. 34 cm, plaster original Can be mounted on the wall with brackets or left free standing on a floor stand. Available as original plaster £2000 or as a limited edition (8) bronze sculpture £2600 + shipment costs.
